YOUR ACCOUNT

If you create an account (personal user identification or username) on the Chohan’s store you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password and for restricting access to your password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities and for each purchase that occurs under your account.
Chohan’s wants to ensure that the information you share with us is maintained safely and securely on the internet. These terms and conditions cover how we use your personal information.When you become a customer of Chohan’s, we ask you for some personal information, including your name, address, date of birth and email address.
Chohan’s uses this information to fulfil our commitments and provide you with the benefits and services that Chohan’s membership entitles you to. When you enter your personal information and submit it to Chohan’s e store, you consent to granting Chohan’s use of this information for the stated purpose.
You are entitled to request this information from Chohan’s at any time, and we will delete it at your request.
Information storage
Chohan’s uses a number of safety precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorized use. We only store this information for a limited time. Chohan’s does not accept responsibility for the accuracy of the information you submit.

DISCLOSURE

Chohan’s only uses your personal information for Chohan’s Club administration purposes, and to perform general market analyses, such as purchasing behaviour.
Chohan’s will not disclose your personal information, including your email address, to any third party. And Chohan’s does not give other companies access to your registered information.

AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right to:
update these Terms from time to time and any changes will be notified to you via a suitable announcement on the Website. It is your responsibility to check for such changes. The changes will apply to the use of the Website after we have given such announcement. If you do not wish to accept the new Terms you should not continue to use the Website. If you continue to use the Website after the date on which the change comes into effect, your use of the Website indicates your agreement to be bound by the new Terms; and
modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website and the material contained within (or any part) without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website or its contents.

Caring for your jewellery

Jewellery is delicate and should not be subjected to abrasion or chemicals.
Take care not to spray with perfume / lotions / Fake Tan as this tarnishes the stones and remember to remove before showering / bathing / swimming / sleeping. Soap etc leave films on the precious metal and soft materials used.
Take care not to bang your jewellery down on hard surfaces. This may result in the stones falling out/damage. Store your jewellery in a clean and dry place. Keep your jewellery separate.
Pearls are especially sensitive to cosmetics (soap, hairspray, perfume etc). When using cosmetic products you should wait at least 30 minutes before putting on your jewellery.

PRICES, SHIPPING & HANDLING CHARGES

The price charged for a Product will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed and will be set out in the Order Receipt Confirmation and in your Shipment Confirmation.
In the event of a pricing error, whether on the Chohan’s online store or in an Order Receipt Confirmation or otherwise, you accept that Chohan’s has the right to correct such error and charge the correct price or cancel the order. If the actual price is more than the amount shown on your Order Receipt Confirmation, Chohans will notify you of the correct price and give you the option of proceeding with the order or cancelling it. Your sole remedy in the event of such pricing error is to cancel your order.
You acknowledge that even after SDSA has sent you a Shipment Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised by you as an error, then SDSA will be under no obligation to provide the relevant Product(s) to you at the incorrect (lower) price.
Prices for the Products include VAT and/or other applicable taxes but do not include charges for shipping and handling. Separate charges for shipping and handling (and their related VAT or other taxes) will be clearly displayed on screen prior to the completion of your order and confirmed in your Order Receipt Confirmation.
Prices for Products and for shipping and handling are liable to change at any time, but changes will not normally affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Shipment Confirmation (save in the case of a manifest pricing error as described above).

PAYMENT

Payment shall be made by one of the methods you have selected during the checkout process (being VISA, MasterCard, Maestro, or PayPal). we strictly do not take American express, paying by American express could result in
Approved credit and debit card types are listed in the Chohan’s footer. In the event SDSA does not receive the appropriate authorization from your card or payment service provider, Chohan’s reserves the right to reject your order.
Payment for your order, including all applicable taxes, shipping and other charges, will be settled from the applicable card or payment service once Chohans has sent you the Shipment Confirmation.
Delivery and production
When purchasing from the Chohan’s estore, customers agree to the delivery time and production tie of the products. Once the order is received chohans will then start making the items ordered, thus item shall take up to 4 weeks in production and delivery in the U.K . LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY

We do not exclude or limit our liability or the liability of any other person for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our or their negligence. Except as set out above and in relation to our contractual obligations to supply goods and/or services following acceptance of orders placed on the Site, neither we nor any of our agents, affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives will be liable in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise for any loss or damage whatsoever in any way connected with your use or misuse of the Site or Customer Services. We shall not be liable for any indirect, or consequential loss of whatever nature, including damage to software or hardware, loss of data, damage for loss of business, loss of profits, or any other indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or customer services (including without limitation, any such loss arising out of or in connection with any order placed on the Site or through the Customer Service (see section 1 above), whether or not accepted by us).
You agree to indemnify us and our agents and officers, directors and employees, immediately on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of any breach of these T&Cs by you or by any other person accessing the Site using your account and/or your personal information.
We may terminate your use of the Site immediately if we consider, in our reasonable opinion, that you have breached these T&Cs.
